Our main location is inside of 8th Day Gym Downtown Grand Rapids. We also have a clinic at Train Grand Haven on the Lakeshore. We can travel to your home, gym, or workplace for an additional fee. Virtual visits are also available.

 

We are open Monday-Friday from 7am-7pm. Weekend care is available for an additional charge.

 

No! Our Doctors of Physical Therapy are trained to provide treatment on all different ages and injury types. While we specialize in athletes, we also provide care to those that do not consider themselves athletes.

 

The amount of visits you may need will vary based on your condition, goals, and services provided. Our team will create a customized program based on your goals and review this with you on the first visit.

 

The discovery visits are 30 minutes. Physical therapy sessions are 60 minutes. Red light therapy sessions are 10-30 minutes. Stretch sessions are 30 minutes. Massage and cupping sessions are 30, 60 or 90 minutes.

 

Your first visit will typically be a 30 minute consultation with one of our doctors of physical therapy. This is where we discuss your condition and get down to the root cause of the issue. We will ask about your history and do some light manual work to determine the issue and figure out a plan of care.

 
 

Your out-of-pocket costs may vary and will depend on your insurance provider. We accept Health Saving Accounts and Flexible Saving Accounts. We can look into your insurance to determine the overall cost of care that you may expect to incur.
